This was the week of boy cakes. I admit, I am more familiar with girl things. I am one of 3 girls. I have 3 sisters-in-law. I have 5 nieces. 🙂
I met Angel recently and her son was having a Spiderman Birthday Party at the local bowling alley. Angel let me use my own judgement as far as decorating the cake. She did want the cake to be 2 tiers.
Bottom tier was Confetti Cake with Confetti Buttercream Filling. Top tier was Chocolate Chip Cake with Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Filling.

I was also asked to make a Star Wars Cake for a child’s birthday. She definitely wanted the cake to have Storm Troopers and Bobo Fett. This cake was French Vanilla Cake with Buttercream Filling.
